Woocomerce Expert in customization

I want expert in Woocomerce customization for a work with 6 tasks , so only experts who can customize plugins , themes bid to this project and start your bid with (( I am expert ))
those are the points :
1. Registration Form: Set Email Address to Optional
As we’re using OTP for registration and login processes in WooCommerce, and as per WooCommerce defaults to set the email address as mandatory in the registration process, we need to set the email address in the registration process to be optional because customers prefer to use phone numbers over email addresses.
2. Archive Page: Ping Left sidebar
In the shop page while navigating between pages, we need to ping the left sidebar to not be loaded every time we navigate between pages.
3. Archive Page: Taxonomy Attributes Filters Pagination
By default, expanding a taxonomy filter values like Brand value will show all involved values, in our case, we may have for specific group more than 500 brands, and pressing on “show all” button will make a huge load on the server, instead of this behavior, we want to show 10 records at a time whenever we press on that button, even at the page first load, it has to show just 10 records not load all values hidden behind the sense.
This behavior must be applied to all taxonomies kind filters.
4. Archive Page: Left sidebar Categories Hierarchy
On the shop left sidebar, by default, all categories have links, in our case we have 3 levels of classification, we want to set the level 1 & 2 to be just for hierarchical representation purposes, and let the last 3rd level to be clickable though users can use it to navigate between groups, as the current situation cause high load on the server because of every request.
5. Checkout: Address details autofill
On the checkout page, by default, the address details added from My Account > Addresses > Billing Address is not autofill in the checkout page, which make no sense, though we need to have the default behavior to autofill all address details form the Billing Address page and fill it in the Checkout page.
