WooFood Woocommerce Plugin [URGENT]

Hi,
I need someone who can do these steps for me using WooFood plugin:
1]We are looking to open slots from 4.30 pm with 15 minutes interval between every slot with the last order being at 8.00 with last delivery or pick up at 8.30
2]We are at the moment looking at 2 orders per slot .
3]Delivery free for orders over $40 to a 5 kilometre radius of the restaurant.no deliveries beyond the 5 kilometre Radius
4]$6 delivery for orders below $40
4]A lead time of 1 hour for orders For E.g.-if a customer is ordering at 4.15 the customer should get a delivery spot only for 5.15 and not earlier as we want to encourage customers to pre -order.
5] Offer free Soft drink or coffee on pick up orders.
Need this to be done on 3 websites and very urgent within 2-3 hours.
