WooCommerce site (multivendor with no sell features)

I need a WooCommerce site. You provide the theme. You provide the necessary plugins etc. It’s a no sell site. Products are not sold on the site. Only display products. “Multivendor” site. Sellers submit products to the site and buyers view the products. On the product page, buyers contact admin about the product. No coding needed; I presume. You can use freely available tools and plugins.
1. Seller user accesses the site and fills in a form that contains details about the user and the product he wants to display on the site, including several photos. Multipage step form. No page refresh between steps. The information forms the basis of a new product post. The user that creates this entry is assigned a user type Seller. An account is created for the user. The user does not need to login or access account. Do not show on the shop front: prices, options (sizes, colours, etc). Don’t show on the product page: similar products, Buy button, reviews, select quantities.
2. Admin receives the submission. Admin must approve the product post before it is published. Admin can edit the product post, omit some items if admin chooses to. When published it should show all posted/approved elements, including photos. 3. Another user accesses the site and navigates to the product post. If this second user is interested in the product, the user hits a button to contact the admin about the product.
