WooCommerce plugin for License Renewal

We need customisation for WooCommerce. We already have a license manager script connected with WooCommerce. Currently, "New Licenses" are generated automatically on completed orders through the license manager API. We need help with "License Renewals". We want you to customise the MyAccount section and give an option for Renew License for existing orders. On clicking the renew license button the customer should be redirected to checkout with details already filled up from the previous order. On successful payment, the existing license should be renewed by communicating with the license manager API.
During checkout for license renewals, we want the form fields like email id and phone number to be uneditable and offer some extra discount for renewals only.
