WooCommerce jQuery Customization to UI Date Picker

Hello,
We have WooCommerce with Date Field in checkout page
We need the following customization in less than 12 hours:
1. Orders on Sunday to Thursday - if customer placing an order until 3:30PM he will be able to choose in Date Picker the same day.
BUT, if local time is later than 3:30PM, choosing the same day in Date Picker will be BLOCKED and available dates will be for the following days ONLY.
2. Orders on Friday - If customer placing order until 10:30AM he will be able to choose in Date Picker the same day.
BUT, if local time is later than 10:30AM, choosing the same day in Date Picker will be BLOCKED and available dates will be Sunday, meaning Saturday is BLOCKED!
3. Orders on Saturday - if customer placing order on Saturday, available days to choose in Date Picker will be next days (Sunday and other days).
Please add your to proposal the number "10" if you understand and agree to complete it ASAP today.
Do NOT bid if you cannot do it today.
