WooCommerce embed code edit

As part of the woocommerce embed functionality (/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-embed.php) it outputs two buttons (read more and buy now). We need both of these buttons to include targe="_blank" but without editing the file directly in the woocommerce plugin. It will need to be done in the theme functions.php ideally.

Should be quick job for a WP expert :)
