Budget: $60 – $65 AUD
I would like to create a site that meets the requirements on the attached pdf. You will provide the tools, including themes, plugins etc. There are free tools out there.
Ideally you would get free tools. I expect that there will be no coding in this project, but it may be required if tasks cannot be completed entirely by WP admin interface.
PROJECT SUMMARY: I need to receive client jobs on the site, manage those jobs, provide quotations to clients, receive payments from clients, communicate with clients, including exchanging files. But read attachment for full details.
