WooCommerce convert php minicart in ajax

Hi,
This project request the skill to work on custom theme and high php/ajax/wordpress experience.
The minicart in our store is php based and we've two main issue:
1) The minicart trigger the AddToCart Facebook pixel event two times
2) The php nature of minicart is an issue for caching plugin.
What we need is to have exactly same minicart but totally in AJAX and obviously solve above points.
