WooCommerce/XML Import Plugin

I'm in need of a talented developer to create a plugin or script for my e-commerce site. This tool will automate the process of importing product listings from an XML file into WooCommerce. Here's what I'm looking for:

**Requirements:**
- The plugin should accurately import product names, brands, categories, EAN codes, descriptions, prices, images, attributes, variants and stock from the XML file.
- Imported products must be organized within WooCommerce by their respective categories to ensure a coherent and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Import will be performed frequently e.g. once a week, so script should avoid overwriting product IDs
- Product categories in XML may vary from what is implemented in the store, so manual mapping should be feasible
- I value efficiency and accuracy, so the tool should minimize errors during the import process.
- No UI is required but plugin/script should provide possibility to configure e.g. mapping

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce is a must.
- Experience with XML parsing and PHP.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce's structure and product categorization.
- A portfolio showcasing past work, especially previous projects involving WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
