WooCommerce Website | Supercharge. Optimize, Enhance, and Complete

We are looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC WooCommerce specialist to help us supercharge our website’s loading time, then finish tweaking the site. The foundation has been laid, but we need your expertise to optimize performance, finalize functionalities, and provide video instructions on how it was done (Elementor is being used.)

Please be very aware that supercharging the loading time does NOT mean PageSpeed Insights. It means the load time, which is currently 15+ seconds, as indicated by the reload/ refresh icon remaining on “X” until page loads after the URL. As it can be seen, after entering the URL to initiate page navigation, the complete loading and rendering takes 10+ seconds.
What is NOT the issue:
The cache has been cleared, multiple browsers were used, and so on, so those are not the reasons for the slow load times
The hosting account is not the issue
Themes and unnecessary plugins were removed (you are more than welcome to double-check
Expectations:
- Reduce loading time to 2-3 seconds across the entire site (this includes media loads, populating search results, etc.)
- Implement a CDN for media, clean up/ delete themes and plugins, address JavaScript errors, and optimize large media files
- Ensure all functionalities are fully operational, including payment processing, advertising features, etc.
- Validate forms and fix any broken links or 404 errors
- Resolve any issues with the login process (reCAPTCHA)
- Ensure the site supports uploading and displaying 360-degree videos
- Ensure all meta tags are well-defined and images have descriptive alt text
- Improve navigation bar and optimize elements for mobile devices
- Make SEO-ready
