WooCommerce Updates JQUERY and PHP -- 2

I need your help with ERG's new site: https://staging2.ergenvironmental.com/
1. We need to set up the product archives so that they are chart pages, just like on the current site: https://ergenvironmental.com/product-category/product/absorbents/haz-mat/pads-haz-mat/
2. Individual product pages should function just like on the old site, with Request for Quote functionality instead of Add to Cart. https://ergenvironmental.com/product/haz-mat-yellow-single-weight-pad/
3. Request for Quote buttons should trigger a popup, and the name of the product should automatically be displayed in the first form field "Product Title" just like the current site:
