We are looking for a Woocommerce dev
We need to make 3 customizations:

In our woocommerce website we have "Attributes" but we need to add a tooltips like the example above

Then in our backend you have to create this https://prnt.sc/1unv8t2 the admin have to select which HTML Block from here https://prnt.sc/1unvcss like here https://prnt.sc/1unvj77
He want to show on frontend like when you tap here https://prnt.sc/1unu177

#2: Change our "Quantity" field here https://prnt.sc/1unvs9h make it as here https://prnt.sc/1unvx60

#3: Instead this button https://prnt.sc/1unvz8t we need to add one more view and button should be "Next" then the next page should be same as this https://prnt.sc/1unw37w then next page you be "ADD CART"
