WooCommerce Site High CPU Usage Issue

I have a WooCommerce site with a high CPU usage issue that's consuming a lot of server resources, making it costly to host. Our site is currently hosted on SiteGround, and when we reached out to their support, they identified the problem as being caused by WP-Cron, AJAX requests, and bots from Google and Facebook that are heavily taxing our CPU.
Here’s what SiteGround support said:
"Checking the logs, the resource usage is caused by excessive WP-Cron and AJAX executions. I suggest replacing WP-Cron with actual Cron jobs, which can be set up according to the following guide. Additionally, the site is being bombarded with requests from Google and Facebook. We recommend drastically reducing the GoogleBot. There is also a lot of traffic from 'facebookexternalhit' bots, which can be very aggressive, typically when someone posts a link on Facebook. I would recommend carefully checking your website app settings to reduce resource usage as quickly as possible."
