WooCommerce 3D Shirt Customization Plugin

I'm seeking a WordPress WooCommerce developer to create a 3D shirt customization plugin similar to the one at: https://www.owayo.com/konfigurator_m/index.php. The plugin should allow users to personalize shirts by:
- Changing colors of different parts of the uniforms
- Adding Images
- Adding shapes and patterns
- Inserting texts and changing fonts
It will be for basketball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, and baseball jerseys, for both men and women.
I need this project completed within a month. The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
