WooCommerce Shipping Plugin & Google Sheets Integration

Job ID: 38588573

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need an expert in WordPress/WooCommerce who can help with setting up a suitable shipping plugin for my online store and integrating it with Google Sheets.

Key Tasks:
- Choose and implement an appropriate shipping plugin for WooCommerce.
- Select a suitable script for seamless Google Sheets integration.
- Set up web hooks to automatically push orders to PickUP's shipment carrier API.
- Configure actions based on order status including notifications and shipping quotes.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, particularly with inserting lines and adding data from the site as per order/shipment.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers, specifically PickUP.
- Knowledge of setting up web hooks and APIs.

The ability to work efficiently and deliver quality results in a timely manner is essential. Prior experience with similar projects would be highly advantageous.

We plan various websites that will be using pickup . (Sites do not belong to us - hence billing code insert into sheets - point 3 and we would like to expand and offer this service to others)
We plan 3 types of sites Trader (stock on site) and Reseller (Stock not on site) and Whitebox Reseller ( difference is collection and repacking)

Trader specific website: this is a single collection point to client:
1,1 Client places order with delivery option - triggers:
POST Quote One-to-Many
1,2 Accepts = places order to trader within woo, web hook creates a line on google sheets
1,3 Trader changes order to complete - triggers post to pickup for order:
POST Create One-to-Many
1,4 Email sent to client to confirm that order is on its way including the reference and waybill number returned , web hook enters additional info on google sheet to line created in 1,2

Reseller website
In this instance the seller does not keep stock on site, we need to find a way within woo to associate products with different warehouses (bins?).
Another challenge is to mark suppliers (warehouse / bin) if they are able to white box and dispatch without invoice.
Whitebox delivers without invoice direct to client and is a single trip (supplier to client) vs supplier to reseller to client.
It may be possible to use woo (using on hold vs above using processing) to generate an email to place the order with the supplier and POST stage order. (Collect from supplier and deliver to client), when order is ready, manually from our pickup dashboard move the order from staging to assign driver.
NON Whitebox is simply 3 way points and would also be manually assigned from the staged collections / delivery dashboard in PickUP.
It would be beneficial to inject 2 lines into sheets for the purpose of tracking fulfillment (one line for collection another for delivery using a common reference)

Billing:
Google sheets ( MS Office online or whatever method you recommend) is used to keep track of transactions, the difference is who will get billed for delivery so we would have to have some method of working out who collected payment and who gets billed for Freight charges / Comission. A billing code should solve this as I would simply allocate and bill accordingly.
Webhooks for Sheets™ or another suitable script from the Google Workspace Marketplace may help to inject info directly nto our sheets theerby avoiding 3rd party apps like Zapier or Zoho flow.
