WooCommerce Setup with WPForms & Subscription
Budget: $70 – $125 USD
I'm looking for a developer to build a simple WooCommerce site with integrated form validation, product selection, and a subscription model. This is for a health-related product, and the flow should be clean, fast, and user-friendly.
Core Requirements
Two Main Products: I've attached screenshots of the two core product offerings.
Form-Based Access (WPForms):
Users must first complete a WPForms form to confirm their suitability.
Once submitted, they’ll be shown the two product options.
One-Step Checkout:
After selecting a product, users are taken directly to a one-step checkout page.
Monthly Subscription:
Customers are automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription after purchase.
Initial dosage is set (e.g., 1mg at £15/month).
Admin can later adjust the dosage (e.g., to 2mg at £20/month) without resetting the subscription date.
This change should switch the product, update the billing amount, and notify the customer of the change.
Admin Features
Admins must be able to:
Review WPForms submission data attached to each customer.
Modify product/dosage and update the subscription price accordingly.
Keep the original billing schedule when changes are made.
Payments & Plugins
Payments will be handled via Square.
I’m happy to use a paid plugin for managing subscriptions if needed (e.g., WooCommerce Subscriptions or similar).
Additional Features
New subscribers will receive a fixed discount — to be implemented as shown in the example provided.
The site’s look and flow should match the reference designs closely.
