WooCommerce Serial Number Display pwa Plugin. Angular.js, ejs php

I need a new plugin for my WordPress WooCommerce plugin. The task is to display the serial number, date and time, reason of refund. SN is generated by WooCommerce every time an order is refunded. Please do not edit the any core files directly of Word press, woocommerce or any other plugin. You can only edit my plugin or create a new one.

Requirements:
- The serial number and other info should be shown on the PWA and WEBSITE front end, specifically on the orders page and the receipt.
- The display format should be plain text.

- the plugin or changes you will develop or edit should not be overriden during update
-the shortcodes should work.independently
-Payment upon full satisfaction
- Serial.no and other will be displayed on receipt front end, pwa, back end, orders page and more information on clarification board
-ypu will be given a test aite after which we will test.on production site, you should assist in any issue we gave upon installation of plugin

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience with WooCommerce hooks
- Knowledge of PWA, angular, ejs and JavaScript and PHP
