WooCommerce Serial Number Display Tweak

I need a small tweak in my WordPress WooCommerce plugin. The task is to display the serial number generated by WooCommerce every time an order is refunded.
Requirements:
- The serial number should be shown on the PWA front end, specifically on the orders page and the receipt.
- The display format should be plain text.
