WooCommerce Seasonal Booking Expert Needed

I'm looking for a WooCommerce expert to implement a system for fixed-cost seasonal bookings on my site. The seasons are as follows:
- Winter: November 1 - April 30
- Summer: May 1 - October 31
The system should allow customers to book for the current season, even if the start date of that season has passed.
Key Requirements:
- No special rules for booking outside the current season. Simply enabling booking for the current season is needed.
- No notification system is necessary for bookings made after the season has started.
- The cost for bookings should remain fixed, with no discounts given for late bookings.
