WooCommerce Return Button Addition - French

I need a proficient developer with extensive experience in WooCommerce to update our e-commerce website. Currently, when a customer completes a purchase, the site displays the order details on the same page. What I want is a new feature added:
- Add a Return button on the order completion page visible on the customer account
- After clicking on The Return button, the client choose which products we want to send back
- I (the seller) need to receive an email alert
- Since I didn't specify the text for the Return button, the developer can come up with something concise and clear; any suggestions are welcome- it can be tweaked later.
