WooCommerce Referral System

Hi,
I need someone that is good with the setup of referral system for a website.
We are using WooCommerce and have the plugins:
woocommerce-referral-system
woocommerce-points-and-rewards
coupon-referral-program
What we would like too achieve is that current members that we have should have the possibility to recruit new users.
1. When a member recruits a new user for payment the member which recruited the users should get x-amount of points. x-amounts of points gives a maximum of 10% of the upcoming subscription price.
2. If the member which got recruited stops his subscription the x-member who recruited him will lose % of the upcoming subscription price.
Need someone that can configure this too us, we have a test site where the user can set this up first.
