WooCommerce Plugin for On-Site Stripe Payment Routing with Multi-Account Load Balancing -- 2

We operate a WooCommerce-based website and are looking for an experienced developer to create a custom plugin that enhances our Stripe payment workflow.

Core Features:
1.Fully on-site Stripe payment processing using Stripe Elements or the Payment Intents API (no redirects).
2.Distribute transactions across multiple Stripe accounts, based on round-robin or configurable logic.
3.Pass only clean and generic product metadata to Stripe (e.g., “Digital Package”, “Online Service”).
4.Keep all order confirmation, product details, and delivery info strictly within WooCommerce (not exposed in Stripe).
5.Support optional routing via a proxy or secondary server, ensuring flexibility and privacy.

Requirements:
•Custom WooCommerce plugin/extension with modular and maintainable code.
•PCI-compliant integration with Stripe API (Elements / Payment Intents).
•Admin panel options for adding/removing multiple Stripe keys and configuring routing logic.
•Optional proxy mechanism to add an abstraction layer between WooCommerce and Stripe.
•Clear documentation and clean architecture.
