WooCommerce Plugin for Bitcoin ATM Locations

I would like to create a woocommerce plugin that looks up a users zip code from the checkout process and then displays the physical addresses of the nearest bitcoin atms, with map and atm details. Users will also be able to input and address for manual lookup.

The plugin should have the option of display anywhere on the site via shortcode and use the themees css for styling.
