WooCommerce Plugin Small Modification -- 2

I'm seeking a WordPress WooCommerce expert to modify and add a few fields to my existing plugin.

Requirements:
- Add fields for comments, status updates (email update), and additional instructions.
- Fields needed: text fields, date (timestamp).
- Integrate into the page that displays transfers and their statuses.
- Fields must also be added to the respective page view or list.

Documentation:
- Comment and document everything for production site implementation.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience with plugin modification
- Strong understanding of custom fields and page views in WooCommerce
