WooCommerce Plugin Customization for Bookings

Hello, we need to customize our "WooCommerce Tour and Travel Booking Manager Pro" plugin for Wordpress by Magepeople. Right now plugin should work assigning to the ticket, the type of people (adult, children), while we are thinking to assign the room type to it. The only obstacle is that plugin works with a one to one relation right now and it doesn't give us the chance to collect data for all of the passengers if they choose for instance double or triple room, so we need it to work as a one to many in this way:
-First of all, users will not have the possibility to choose the room number (identifier) in frontend but it should be assigned automatically in backend using a unique incremental ID assigned per room.
-The relation between tickets and forms must be one to many instead of one to one as it is now.
- single room opens only one registration form
- double room (single person) opens only one form
- double room (2 people) opens 2 forms
- triple room opens 3 forms
(BEAR IN MIND THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE, ROOM TIPOLOGY COULD CHANGE, SO WE NEED TO CHOOSE IN BE HOW MANY FORMS TO OPEN BASED ON THE SPECIFIC TICKET)
All the id's should start from 0 again for every tour and must be an incremental number
