I'm having trouble with the PayPal integration on my WooCommerce website. While PayPal works perfectly on the cart page, it fails on the checkout page. Additionally, I've noticed that the 'State' field is disabled, which may be related to the issue.
Despite my attempts to rectify the situation by manually updating the affected templates of the WooCommerce theme, the problem persists.
