WooCommerce Order Automation to Excel

I'm looking to automate the workflow of taking orders from my WordPress WooCommerce and inputting them into an Excel spreadsheet. This project involves:
- Real-time or scheduled data logging: The automation could run in real-time, hourly, or daily depending on what is most efficient.
- Comprehensive order details: The Excel spreadsheet should include order items, order total, customer name, zip code, state being shipped to, order comments, order number, and total items purchased.
- Error Handling: The automation needs to include email notifications for any error in the data transfer.
Ideal skills for this project include experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, Excel and data automation tools. Excellent communication skills for understanding project updates and possible issues are a plus.
