WooCommerce OAuth Integration SAMPLE

I need someone to create a sample for a WooCommerce plugin and a test.php file. The tasks are as follows:
1. The plugin only needs to have a button identical to the one in the Klaviyo plugin that says 'Go to your WooCommerce settings.'
2. This button should direct to the test.php file and use WooCommerce's OAuth.
3. In the test.php file, there should be a button labeled 'Connect to WooCommerce.'
4. Clicking this button should automatically generate a WooCommerce REST API key with the name 'test.'
5. It should display a printout of the keys in the test.php file so that I can save them in my database.
In summary, it is the same process used by Klaviyo to connect WooCommerce to Klaviyo. I will use this in another project, so Klaviyo is just a good example of the flow I need. The fixed price is €20. However, there is the possibility of working on larger projects.
