WooCommerce Lottery Plugin Modification

I'm looking for a skilled developer to augment logic in my current WooCommerce Lottery Plugin. Right now, the system randomly selects winners regardless of the total earnings. I require a modification to the existing functionality to define a set earning amount before a winner is selected.

Ideal skills and experience for this job would be:

The task involves:

- Adding new functionality for the plugin to calculate total earnings
