WooCommerce Hiking Tour Booking System Consultant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a website for my hiking business in Indonesia. We are building a new website. All my treks are set up as Products in WooCommerce. We have a web team that just needs assistance.
Trekkers are booking their treks through us. I need a way to manage bookings that lets me:
1. Block off certain dates.
2. Make a booking widget that let's people search the TREK + NUMBER OF HIKERS + DATE and then book our trek.
3. Allow us to customize the billing. For instance, our hikers only have to pay the "national parks entrance fee" to make a reservation. This is $13 per person per day they are hiking. So on a 3 day trek which is normally $270, 1 person must pay $39 to reserve. Then, depending on how many people there are, you would multiply that but the number of people. This is what is needed to be paid. I need this functionality.
4. We must be able to send a custom PDF explaining all of this payment details, what has been paid already, and what still needs to be paid.
5. We must be able to send collected information from here to Hubspot.
6. Payment made with stripe and paypal.
At the moment, we are currently using Gravity Forms for a lot of this, but our new website has each of our treks set up as products in WooCommerce (which is new). That is why this has become more complicated.
