WooCommerce Expert for Custom Setup

I need a WordPress and WooCommerce expert for setting up my online store for selling physical products. The project involves:
Work to be performed:
1. Create a solution that can measure unique clicks that navigate via a dropdown.
The solution must work in the following way:
The user must be able to search for a choice from a list. We want to track a unique number who choose which option and who click through. Once you have searched, you should proceed to a download page.
The main task here is to:
Build an option (searchable dropdown or a search field), once you have made your choice, you should be able to proceed to a download link. We want to track/count how many unique users make a choice (and track which choice they make). Here we do not think that GA tracks all visitors, so we must have a solution that manages to track everyone.
2. Setting up a WooCommerce online store on our WP site.
3. Prepare for the use of discount codes in WooCommerce.
4. Be able to extract user info from firebase to be able to log in to Woocommerce. (We want SSO between our app and Woocommerce)
5. Setting up Meta and other SOME Pixels on our website
6. Setting up Google Tag Manager on our website for tracking user behavior and more
General knowledge:
- Implementing a custom checkout process to enhance user experience and streamline purchases.
- Integrating the store with various third-party services, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and inventory management systems.
I already have a specific WordPress theme in mind for this project. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, a knack for custom programming, and a proven track record of creating seamless online shopping experiences. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your bid.
