Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance and uptime of the website.
- Address and resolve any issues related to website speed, functionality, and security.
- Implement strategies to increase the speed of the website.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with WooCommerce.
- Proven experience with high-traffic, e-commerce websites.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of website security best practices.
- Expertise in website speed optimization techniques.
Also;
- Expertise in working with CDNs and optimizing server usage.
- Strong knowledge of web vitals and performance optimization techniques like Object Caching, Fallback Cache, and more.
- Ability to provide fast emergency responses for critical errors and site failures.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Experience in handling security aspects like DDoS attacks, bot mitigation, SEO, malware protection, and overall site security.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Merchant Center, Pixel Manager, and Facebook & Google APIs.
- Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues on a large-scale website without affecting user experience.
