WooCommerce Dokan add popup confirmation to accept terms

Hello freelancers,
I need to add a popup confirmation in 2 places.
1. when user click register button, (if accept in popup, continue registration)
2. when user check out and click the agree terms "checkbox" (if accept in popup, the checkbox will be "Checked")
Popup should contain some html text which i can easily modify, and should contains 2 buttons (accept, cancel)
Ideally finish in one day, front end script should be fine. Please let me know your price.
Detailed documentation is important for this job. I need to know where are the changes, and need to be guided to duplicate the change to production server.
