Description:
We have an online store running on WooCommerce, integrated with Baselinker. We operate with three warehouses, and each product has stock in one or more of them.
Goal:
We want to display a dynamic delivery time on product pages, depending on the warehouse from which the product will be shipped.
Warehouses:
Warehouse 1 (Multistore.si) – physical location in Slovenia
Delivery time: 1–3 days
Warehouse 2 – international
Delivery time: 7–14 days
Warehouse 3 – international
Delivery time: 7–14 days
Requirements:
The system should display the correct delivery time based on stock availability in the connected warehouses.
If a product is available in multiple warehouses, the fastest possible delivery time should be shown.
The delivery time should be visible on the product page and in the cart/checkout.
The solution must sync with Baselinker warehouse stock, as all stock management is handled there.
The system should work automatically for future products as well (ideally scalable and low-maintenance).
Technical setup:
WooCommerce and Baselinker integration is already in place.
All three warehouses are already connected.
Open to using custom fields, logic, plugins, or custom-coded solutions.
Optional:
We can provide access to a staging environment if needed.
We’re open to suggestions for the most effective technical approach.
