Key Features Required:
• Inventory Management
• View and update stock quantities for products and variations.
• Low-stock alerts.
• Order Picking System
• Generate picking lists per order or batch picking lists.
• Mark orders as “picked” when completed.
• Packaging System
• Generate packing slips for each order.
• Mark orders as “ready for shipping” after packaging.
• Integration with WooCommerce
• Synchronize stock levels automatically.
• Update order statuses based on picking and packaging.
• Admin Dashboard
• Overview of pending orders, low stock products, and daily activity.
Optional (Future Phase):
• Barcode scanning integration for picking validation.
