WooCommerce Custom Payment Assignment by Resource

I need a WooCommerce expert to customize my WordPress site. The site uses 2 premium plugins: YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Deposits / Down Payments.

The project involves assigning specific payment plugin options to each of my resources (boats) based on their assignments during the order process. The goal is to have the checkout reflect different payment options for each resource.

Clarification: the booking plugin uses Cruises as products and boats as resources. The customer choses and buys a cruise. The boat (resource) is assigned randomly.
