WooCommerce Custom Order Status Function

I am looking to have a custom WooCommerce function or plugin created to do the following:
- Create a custom order status “Paid” that can be chosen for orders
- Create a bulk action for “Change status to Paid” that can be used to update multiple orders at one time from the WooCommerce screen showing all the orders
