WooCommerce Custom Order Approval WorkfloW
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
1. Customer Places Order: A customer places an order on your WooCommerce store as usual.
2. Order Goes for Approval: Instead of being processed immediately, the order enters a pending approval status.
3. Approvers Notified: Designated email addresses (approvers) receive an email notification informing them that there is an order awaiting approval. Email will Also contain QR Code image. This QR code will be saved for viewing in orders area in woo commerce orders and available for download (qr code image will contain details in qr code like first and last name and last four digits of NRIC (123A) inside it captured at checkout page and visual format of qr code will be image with text displaying below QR code image with some space below and showing Order Number: #”). These Designated email adress can be added from wordpress dashboard
4. Approvers Review the Order: The approvers review the order details directly from the email notification or by logging into the WooCommerce admin panel. It can have 2 levels of approvers too
5. Approval Decision: One of the approvers decides whether to approve or reject the order. If approved, the order proceeds to the next step.
6. Order Placed: Upon approval, the system automatically places the order on behalf of the customer.
7. Customer Notification: The customer receives an email notifying them that their order has been approved and is ready for payment.
8. Customer Pays for Order: The customer logs into their account on your WooCommerce store and completes the payment for the approved order.
