WooCommerce Checkout Process Reinvention

I am seeking a proficient web developer with an in-depth understanding of WooCommerce, to bring about significant changes in my website.
Specifically, I need the Shipping option removed completely at final step of WooCommerce when customer chooses Pick Up from store. I need Pick Up option removed when customer chooses Shipping at first step of checkout flow. See attached screenshots.
