WooCommerce Checkout & Email Template Design

I need to enhance my WooCommerce store in two significant ways:
1) Checkout Modifications:
- Add "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields to the checkout page, specifically for new users. These fields should be invisible to logged-in users.
2) Email Template Design:
- Create a series of modern and clean email templates for all WooCommerce communications. These templates should be consistent with each other, and reflect my branding. They need to incorporate my logo and brand colors.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
