WooCommerce Cart Behavior Adjustments

I'm looking for a WooCommerce specialist who can modify the behavior of my online store's cart.
I am using Woo Foods plugin.
I need a mini cart on my shop page exactly like the attached screenshot.
Cart should have a toggle to say Takeway and Delivery
There should be a field named "Opmerking toevoegen" on each product. It means add a note for the indivual product if they have any needs.
Cart update when product is added should be ajax. Even the quantity updates.
Please review and let me know if you can do this and whats the cost.
I have more work in the woo foods plugin as well.
