WooCommerce Backend Improvements

We are in need of some improvements on our backend to help with our workflow. First, all of our orders are made to order. We have a chart that displays a queue. We need some improvements to the chart such as color identifiers to show what is considered late per dept.
Second, we have a product customizer. on that customizer we have a filter that removes options based on the selections you choose. For example, we sell computers. So, if you select 16gb of memory it will remove motherboards that that won't work with. Currently, this filter is insanely slow, and we need to speed it up or provide a new solution so it doesn't slow down.
