Original Scope

We are seeking professional API developers to help us complete and ongoing project. This project is developed within WOO Commerce and this aspect is not negotiable. We need some that has a very strong experience with APIS and WP Data structures in general.
To make a long story short our current team has stopped work. Not sure if its a personnel issue but they have stopped communicating. The project is 75% completed we feel and just need some assistance in wrapping it up. The API is well documented and has a committed team behind to assist in any questions. At the moment the server and website is setup on our dedicated machine.
Its currently running and has a cron running. However i dont know where everything is located in terms of files. The API was enabled for us to process and price print orders from our main vendor. ALL their product and services offerings will be our website. So users will be able to place orders directly on our website and processed.

About us:
We operated a full service printing, direct mail and design firm in Houston, Texas.
Our main vendor (4over.com) as developed an API system that would allow us to directly pipeline into their ordering system. This is pretty awesome as it would allow us to essentially offer all their printing and EDDM mailing services. This API is very robust and will enable us essentially expand our reach and print service mix. They have provided us a couple documents (see below) that explains how their system works and the steps we would need to take to integrate their system. The only caveat is that it would be to incorporate into a WP framework. I believe this can be done as we have examples of a couple websites that we uses their framework.
