Wocommerce custom tax calculation feature required

We are a webshop based in Asia with exporting 100% of its Sales to Europe, North America and other Asian countries. We are seeking a WooCommerce programming expert to adapt WC to have tax calculated and invoiced on an order only when a specific shipping method is chosen by the customer. If this customer chooses other available methods for his given destination, no tax will be calculated and charged.
