Wix product customization form

I would like to have a Wix website where users can enter information and upload images for a custom product. Each product would need its own customization form.

Google forms would be a good solution, but I cannot figure out how to allow each individual product to have its own Google form for users to fill in.

So the user experience would likely go as follows:
Select product.
Select “customize” button
User is directed to customization page specific to that product
User fills in forms and uploads images, then clicks “finished/return to shopping” button or “finished/proceed to checkout” button
Information from form and images are uploaded to Google drive

Embedding a Google form into a page is easy; I’m not sure how to embed forms that are specific to a product and need help setting this up.
