Wix Drop Down Menu Application + Database Integration + Admin Control Panel

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE CREATING DROP DOWN MENUS IN WIX WITH DATABASE INTEGRATION AND DASHBOARD CONTROL PANELS.

Scope of Work:
1- A website application should be developed with Microsoft SQL Server, not PHP or MySQL.

Application:
2- There will be initially 7 separate dropdowns. Each dropdown will have multiple items. Users will be required to choose 1 item from dropdown 1-5, and at least 1 item from dropdowns 6-7. See row 5 on excel.

3- Simple database will need to be created to store the columns and items. Admin must have ability to add, edit, update, or delete columns and items within each dropdown in the database.
a. Admin must have ability to rearrange all columns. The must not affect the admins response/outcome that admin might have preloaded into the admin response section because the mapping will still be the same. see #7 below.
b. Admin must be able to LOAD or ASSIGN a RESPONSE to an assigned mapping # (see # 5 below).
4. Admin Dashboard > After user fills out all 7 columns & items, their selections will now appear on the admin dashboard. See image Dashboard page 1. User must fill out ALL sections/dropdowns before being able to submit to admin for an auto-response or manual response.
a. there will be a section labelled Open Applications that will have users newly submitted submissions.
i. When admin clicks on the 6 digit RN# (request number); it will take admin to the Application Details page.
b. there will be a section labelled Completed Applications that will have admins completed cases that will be emailed to user.
c. there will be a section labelled Mapping. See #5 below.
d. there will be a section labelled Sub-Admin Management. Here Master admin will assign other admin users.
e. there will be a section labelled User profile. Admin must have ability to create, edit and delete user profiles
i. first name, last name, email, and phone number.
5. Mapping. Admin must be able to assign each mapped pathway with a unique number (see excel B16 and B23). Mapping #'s are unique and NOT shared with any other pathway flow. Mapping #'s will be fixed after assigned unless admin UNCHECKS that mapping assignment (see excel B16 and B23). Admin must have ability to choose which pathways, dropdowns and items selections will generate an auto response.
a. Auto response CHECK BOX. If admin checks the box for a mapped pathway (A16) for Map 205, then if admin already preassigned that RESPONSE with information (see excel L16), then that response should email the user immediately without manual involvement from admin. The request should then immediately move to the completed section (see 4b above, Completed Applications).
b. If box is UNCHECKED (excel A23), then the users selection will be moved to admins Open Applications Dashboard section and image (see 4a) after user submits request. Admin must be able to enter MANUAL NOTES (aka Admin Response) for requests that do not have a Auto Response checked off. For these cases, admin will be required to manually fill out the notes section of the Applications Details. Admin will then email the user.
c. when admin is ready to email user, clicking on the users email should automatically open up gmail and populate the users email.
6. Admin must be able to manually MAP all columns and items in columns 1-7. Each MAPPED pathway will be assigned a unique number that is not shared with any other mapping.
a. admin should be able to create as many MAPPINGS as there are available columns and items.

7. How Admin will Map a pathway and assign a mapping #:
see excel map 205- Once admin chooses all items from all 7 columns, admin can check the box. This will generate a Mapping # (see B16 and B23). Remember, no mapping number is ever the same.

8- Application must be responsive
9- CRM to manage admin dashboard and must be able to modify the content
