Windows software to log file opening, saving and copying

I need a software to work with win7 and win10 which can sit in background and can log all files related activities as opening, saving,deletion, attach in mail and copying events in a plain text file as well as on internet. it should log file name with path, software in which file handled, time and date and event (open, created, deleted, attached etc.). Log has to be saved in 2 different location and submit to a simple php script on given domain. Software must be invisible in task manager and use watch dog so user can not kill it.
