Windows Server PHP & MySQL Setup with Domain Pointing

I'm looking for an experienced sysadmin or web developer to configure an internal server for me.

Requirements:
- Install and configure PHP 8.0
- Install and configure MySQL 8.0.
- Install and configure PHPmyadmin
- Ensure proper setup of domain pointing.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Windows Server management.
- In-depth knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with domain configuration.
