Windows Installment-based Laptop/Desktop Remote Lock & Admin Control Software Development

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced software developer to create a Windows-based Installment Payment Control System for laptops/desktops.
The software will automatically lock the device if monthly payments are not made on time, and allow the admin to unlock it remotely upon payment.

Main Features Required:
Client Side (Laptop/Desktop App)

Windows Compatibility: Windows 7/8/10/11 support.

Startup Protection: App runs automatically when Windows starts.

Remote Lock/Unlock: Device locks when admin triggers from server.

Offline Timer Lock: If no payment after a set date, lock without internet also.

Custom Lock Screen: Show message “Your payment is due. Please contact support.” with contact info.

Security:

Cannot be uninstalled without admin password

Works even in Safe Mode

Protects against Task Manager kill

Lightweight: Low CPU and RAM usage.

Admin Panel (Web-Based)

Add & Manage Customers (Name, Address, Contact, Device ID/Serial, Installment details)

Lock/Unlock Control (Single or multiple devices at once)

Payment Tracking System (Mark installment as paid, next due date)

Device Status (Online/Offline, Last seen date)

Reports & Search by customer, device, or due date.

Secure Login for admin with role-based access.

Technical Requirements:

Language/Tech: C# / C++ / Electron (Windows App) + PHP/Laravel or Node.js (Web Panel)

Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL

Communication: REST API between client & server

Security: Encrypted communication, hardware binding (based on device serial/MAC address)

Deliverables:

Windows Installer (EXE) for client-side app

Web-based Admin Panel (Responsive)

Full Source Code with documentation

Installation Guide for both server & client

Basic user manual for admin usage
