Wholesale plug-in, customizations and speed optimization

Hello. My name is Guillermo and I am from Ecuador. I'm managing to make my small business to grow faster but I need to enable the possibility to have dual prices on it. I found a plug-in called Wholesale for Woocommerce that would enable my website to show a public price for retail public to show without any restriction for any website visitor and a second price calculated by percentage of the retail price that will be manually enabled upon verification throught a distributor form that will be linked in the main menu and this profile should have the option to pay by wiretransfer or credit card (payment system already in production) and the distributor profile asigned manually to the people who request the distributor price by filling the distributors form should only have available wire transfer method (not credit card), all implementations with it respective stuff like the form with verified fields like a number of 10 digits for the tax number and company name should be text and a button to upload the company registration documentation, the welcome email once we have changed the status of the registration request in which the new distribut profile should change their password and have access to the new distributor account with the discounted prices, the location of the button in a nice visible place of the main menu, and of course some minor customization, tweaks and little stuff that shows in the way. Also recomendation of using or not using elementor and reinstall it cause I think I have a fake one that doesn't update automatically and finally a good old entire site speed optimization. My friend, I have reach my knowledge of this stuff I just need some one I can trust and a price I can pay to do this, the idea is to create a walled distributor price system because the competition is using my retail price as comparison and meka my prices the expensive ones because they can offer less price than me and I can't show my best prices to the public because here in Ecuador no one buys anything without haggle so I need to protect my best distributor prices that are given to the frecuent wholesale buyers from being open visible in the market without hidding the retail prices of the public, I'm the only seller that shows prices in the open here in Ecuador all the competitor give prices by phone but i don't want to do that so trying to use technology to enforce my way to work, Idon't really sell much throught the website we only use it as a catalog.
